  • Books, CDs, and DVDs held by the Library;
  • Personal copies of books or other resources; and
  • Sets of Readings.

Items within this collection may not be loaned and are for use with in the library only.

How do I add materials to the "Short Loan" or "In House" Collection?

  • Complete the request form and forward to Library staff at your campus. Provide full details to avoid delays in processing your request.
  • Allow at least 3 weeks for items to be processed for student use.

Can I make electronic readings for students?

Documents such as book chapters and journal articles may be reproduced electronically for student use with certain restrictions. Please refer to the information on Course Resources for more information.

What about resources from electronic subscriptions?

Staff may provide students with direct links to electronic resources for which there is a current subscription. Only a small number of providers allow information to be downloaded for inclusion in course packs or electronic reserve.

Contact Library staff for more information on course reserves.
